The Series 10 Sucker Rod Overshot is specifically designed for internal
fishing operations involving sucker rods, couplings, and tubular fish inside
tubing strings. The tool consists of four main components:
- Top Sub
- Bowl
- Grapple
- Guide
Depending on the fish size and operational
requirements, the overshot can be equipped with either:
- Basket Grapple
- Spiral Grapple
The tool is designed for simple and efficient operation. Both engaging and
releasing procedures are performed through controlled right-hand rotation of
the fishing string, allowing easy fish capture and release during downhole
operations.
During engagement, the overshot is lowered slowly over the fish while
rotating to the right, allowing the grapple system to securely engage the fish.
For releasing operations, downward force is applied to release the grapple
grip, followed by slow right-hand rotation while pulling upward.
Manufactured with high-strength materials and precision machining, GREAT
Series 10 Overshots provide reliable fishing performance, operational
flexibility, and extended service life in demanding well intervention
environments.
